Poul Winslow, born in 1951, began his apprenticeship in Preben Holm at the age of 17. Here he learned how to make beautiful and solid pipes. He had to be very talented and for this he was allowed to design and build his own pipes.

Upon his return, the company grew from the seams and moved to the countryside. At one point they even employed 25 people, of whom Winslow was in charge.
After 17 years, Preben Holm suddenly fell ill and died. That's why Winslow decided to start over on his own. The departure was difficult, but after much perseverance he managed to establish his name. It is currently one of the most famous pipe manufacturers in the world.
His pipes have their own style and are often very recognizable. In addition to their beauty, the pipes are great to smoke and are of excellent quality. Its pipes have different gradations, printed from A to E .; the finest have an A grade. Below the E is the Crown series, these are good tubes, but there may be small errors.
